Q: What the size for a 3 months old

I bought the 1 infant for a friend who’s child was 6 weeks. There was a little room to grow.

Q: What size would you recommend for a 14 mo old please?

Probably a 3 or 4 depending on your childs feet , I got a 3 for my 12 month old , they are still too big

Q: What’s the size difference for infant 1 vs. 2,3?

As a former customer of this shoe I can tell you that a size 3 is way too big for a 9 month old. I'm pretty sure it says that size is supposed to fit a 6-12 month old. I am looking forward to my daughter being able to wear these for a while though and the Velcro helps a lot with keeping it on her feet.

Q: Do these shoes have rubber soles? Are they made for a baby that’s actually running around?

They do have rubber soles but I don't remember up to what size they come in so I wouldn't know if they're good for a child that is already running around because I bought them for my grandson when he was a few months old.
