Misleading Description but a good product
The description is a bit misleading, there is no cooling or heating feature. But as far as your money goes, you’ll definitely get every pennies worth. It definitely helped clear up and shrink my pores. It also helps me eliminate new pimples in about a day or two. It even helps with some cystic acne to an extent.

Exactly what I needed for my sensitive skin
I have a sensitive skin and spend a lot of time and taking care of it. Because of the hot weather these days, my pores were stretched out and I was bothered by blackheads and sebum. I used something similar to this product before, so I chose the product more carefully.My concern was 1. Does suction damage my sensitive skin? 2. Is it easy to recharge? 3.Does it reach all corners around my face?This product satisfies all my concerns.1. The suction is powerful but also smooth so that it doesn’t damage my skin and vacuums very gently.2. It has the rechargeable USB is easy to carry around.3. There are 4 different suction heads. It can be used by adjusting the head to the sensitive area, t zone, dead skin cells, and around the eyes and mouth.apart from the mentioned above, the device has three modes which are hot, clean and cool. Cool function is the best to protect my skin from this hot weather with cold compress and shrink pores. Also, prevents black heads from regenerating for expanding.I used it 4 times so far, my skin has gotten healthier and I am so happy and satisfied. The pretty rose gold color and luxurious design make me feel good whenever I use it and I'm not inferior to other expensive items in terms of performance and functionality. recommended 100%

Be careful
The instructions are not so clear like there’s a page where it shows you which thing is used for what and the images are so confusing or maybe I’m just not familiar with this. Anyways, to remove the blackheads is really good and effective but it comes with other facilities that just left me with “hickeys?” Because it was too much. Three stars because it was good with the blackheads.

Love it!!
This product is amazing! It works! It removes blackheads, and I love how they put cold and hot functions within the vacuum. Three functions in one little machine with a good price! It's super useful for me to reduce eye puffiness in the morning. And the hot mode can relax my eyes before I go to sleep. It's rechargeable. I don't have a plug in the bathroom, so rechargeable really helps. I can bring it everywhere as long as I fully charge it. And it's a usb cable, it's easier to find a place to charge it. I know there are so many different designs in the market, but I particularly like this one because of its color and shape. It has rose gold on the bottom part, and it matches the color with some of my other devices. I know it's not a big deal, but I just like to keep everything the same color.

Maybe for the perfect white or black head Right at the Surface; but for meSuction, naaaDeep cleaning, naaaCute, yupValue for the money, yup.Just pay for a facial & have them do extractions
