Excellent light weight pillow for backcountry
Packs up small and light and was way more comfortable than my previous pillow. A little pricey but Its been worth it when I crawl into my tent at night.

Nemo Fillo elite pillow, not for me
The Nemo Fillo elite pillow was very uncomfortable. It was very similar to sleeping on a balloon with a pillowcase. I tried various stages of inflation but the pillow was still very uncomfortable to sleep on. Fully inflated, it felt like a rock. Halfway inflated, it felt like a balloon. If I moved to the left, the air moved to the right and if moved right, the air ballooned to the left. It was very frustrating. On a positive note, the pillowcase was soft and seemed to be well made. But the most important part is the air badder inside and it lacked structure, baffles or quilting to keep you from feeling that your head was on a water bed. I can’t believe all the positive reviews. I am guessing that the weight of the pillow was the deciding factor for those positive reviews. I value comfort and this pillow was a miss for me. The search continues.

Not tall enough for side sleepers.
My 1st camping pillow and I went for what I thought would be the best. Thinking I wouldn't ever have to get another one. Well this seemed great, but it's odd dimensions. It's quite long, but not tall. I'm a side sleeper and need another 2" of loft to keep my neck from banging down, but then there's so much length that any packing weight or size could be better used for height.

Crinkles loudly
Do you move your head at all in your sleep? If so, this pillow will crinkle like a 5 year old tying to get into a bag of chips. If you are at all a light sleeper, you'll be awake in no time. It's an air pillow, so yeah it's light and deflates to a compact size and isn't the most comfortable thing in the world. The fabric on the case feels nice, but they really cheeped out on the bladder inside, which seems to be made from a thin home construction plastic.

Amazing Do-It-All Pillow!! LOVE THIS THING!
I take this thing almost everywhere. Slap in my bag for air-travel, take it with me in the car for long road trips for my neck, as well as a lumbar bolster, super adjustable, super lightweight, super portable. I literally couldn't be any happier. I will absolutely be buying one for my wife, and likely some as Christmas/Birthday gifts for others. LOVE THIS THING.
