This bar is great and goes perfectly with the Jet 25 ton Screw Jack. I used the screw jack and the bar together to raise/repair my sagging floor joists. It helped me raise my floor joist with ease. This is the same equipment many shoring (house raising companies) used. The Jet Screw Jacks (I have 2) and this bar have saved me thousands of dollars. They have already paid for themselves.

For use with the house jacks
You could buy a standard bat from tne store but these are made for the house jacks and when lifting 15 -20 tons i dont want something that will bend or snap. These are quality products just like the house jacks
