Second try was the charm
The product looks exactly as pictured. Very attractive. The fragrance filled the space without being too overpowering, however, it did have an artificial scent to it and it gave me a headache. This may just be my personal sensitivity to it. I did open it and put the reeds in it so I will not be returning it.UPDATE: I am changing my to 5 stars due to the excellent customer service I received. The company reached out to me to offer me a full refund and said they hoped I would give them another try. I did, with a different scent (Lavender and Sandalwood), and I love it. It’s not too floral and not too woodsy, perfectly balanced… and best of all no headache whatsoever. I’ve just ordered another bottle so I can put it in my office!

Love it!
I have had this diffuser for 2 years now, and it is still going strong! I put this in my smaller office (about 9x10 room) and it's perfect. Not sure how it will be in a larger room. I also occasionally turn the reeds upside-down as the instructions stated to do. After 2 years, the smell is still wonderful, and there is still about 1/3 of the oil left. (Note: the cork/top was difficult to get off. It ended up breaking off and I had to live with a piece of floating cork inside the oil. Not a huge deal for me though.)

This is a light and crisp beautiful scent! Strong enough to notice, but not too heavy.

Great product!
I really like this product, I have reservations about ordering scents online without being familiar with the product, but I am glad I ordered. Totally satisfied with the scent and like that it's natural, with a beautiful presentation. It's a nice natural scent and not like fake perfumey. Will order more and try other scents.
