Q: Should you not sit on your butt after?

You can sit on you butt after. If you want to keep results I would suggest everyday doing it for 1 hour and extra butt exercises

Q: My machine gives little suction and gauge doesn’t go past zero. I change filters and they are on cups. Help?

It seems really hard to get it working the first time. Don't put the knob on where the filter is too tight and you kind of have to jiggle it. We couldn't really get any suction until we put oil on, put the cups on, turned on both of the top buttons and then jiggled that knob around a bit. Once you get it going, you shouldn't have anymore problems, but it seems like it's just a matter of putting it on, making sure everything is in place, making the sure knob isn't too tight and then fooling around with that knob a bit. And it takes a few seconds, even then, to start feeling the suction. I hope that helps some. I know how frustrating it is. I thought I was going to have to send it back, but it's working fine now.
