The media could not be loaded.  I spend too much time on the computer. So sometimes my neck hurts and I tried some solutions but it didn't work. I wanted to try this pillow after reading reviews. It already has a very economical price. It was also extremely high quality and looked good.It has a very flexible and soft design. It grips your neck 100%. It's really good because the grip on my neck relaxes me. I feel very peaceful especially when resting. I think it's orthopedic because it reduced my pain.If you have intense pain and need to keep warm, you can do this with the insert. Its insert is a USB powered and very simple to use heater. It has a fabric-like coating. So it doesn't bother. It is also quite soft.I don't use it because I don't like it hot. But I have tried a few times for my pain to pass quickly and I have experienced that it works.It worked and that's why I can recommend it.

We will have to wait and see if it is used.

Having terrible neck pain I bought this in desperation. At first it feels too hard and it was painful but my neck was painful anyway, but after ten minutes or so it really helped the pain. I used it twice a day for 15 minutes and the neck pain went, trying to keep using it regularly to avoid the pain coming back. I would recommended. However, the heat strip didn’t work well, it wasn’t very warm at all and I stopped using that bit.

Not sure yet, am using every day, so far no improvement, am waiting for physio app,will keep trying, sometimes these things take time,

This is really sorting my husbands posture out and his neck and he is making an extra effort to stand straight all the time. Worth getting!

I can't really comment on pain relief as I have not been using it long enough to notice a difference,but certainly comfy whilst using

I have not used this more than 5 times.The thin wire heating element in the grey pad(Which is seperate from the moulded neck stretcher). Has all gathered at one end of the grey fabric heating pad. Ive had it for too long to get REFUND. I WANT A REFUND!!!!

This is pretty uncomfortable at first try and the side they recommend you start with I found the most uncomfortable. However, I will persevere as others also said it was strange to begin with. The little heatpad is terrific. I often wake with a cricked neck because I have draughty windows and this is ideal to put on first thing in the morning for ten minutes to warm it up and get it moving. It is REALLY warm on the highest setting as well. I love the heat but even I needed to turn it down a bit. Something to practice with for sure for the best results.

product description does not say it is not for use for people with hypertension, diabetes among other conditions. It is written in the instruction manual but not on the box or in the ad . Could be dangerous.Disappointed..

Works well. Start off slow. Wish there were a bit more in depth instructions and more info. Material is soft but firm. Got a good stretch from it.

It's actually very comfortable and soothing. Can't help but fall asleep when using.

It was hard caused more neck and back pain.

I would recommend. I’ve tried so many things and will continue to look for the best pillow, mouth guard, etc. to help my neck pain. This definitely alleviates pressure in my neck and the bottom of my head after a long day. I just don’t recommend it to sleep with. It didn’t work for me to sleep on.
