Anxiety and Mood improved
This for me has been a lifesaver. I have only been taking for a few days but have noticed my anxiety has gone, my blood pressure has normalised, and I feel more positive and mental energy again. I have come to the conclusion I have needed a serotonin boost and I am so pleased I found this before I contemplated antidepressants. From a sleep point of view I am still waking up a couple of times a night but will give it more time to work. Definitely worth a try for anxiety, depression, brain fog and sleep!

Very good source of Tryptophan
Very good source of Tryptophan - great definitive efficacy, and in fact my need asks for a lower does so I cut the tablets in half - works very well, and very pleased with the effects and results.

Not sure they do anything
They’re either not real Tryptophan, or my body already has an abundance of Tryptophan (which is very unlikely).I even doubled the dose and it did nothing

Don’t buy it!
It doesn’t help at all. It’s better to buy melatonin. I had searched for it in Amazon, but couldn’t find it. I was taking 1 pill of melatonin of 10mg, and I got asleep in 30 minutes as I’ve never had. However, this product will not help you, of course, it is just my personal experience. Nevertheless, be cautious . Do not buy it! A waste of money.

1/2 tablet every other day is great - any more and can’t stay awake!
User bought these to stabilise serotonin levels in monthly cycle and regulate sleep pattern. At first, took 1 a day for a week and couldn’t stay awake! Now takes 1/2 tablet with evening meal every other day which seems better dose and easier to swallow as too big whole.

It helped me sleep
I took the tablet on first night and I slept till 5am which for me is good. Pi have been waking up at midnight or 2amish and not going back to sleep.

Works okay
I’ve had sleep issues for a while now, used the drug and it seems to help me sleep but without any distractions tho. No lights or phones on.

Have really helped me sleep
I had started taking these as I'd heard they are good to help you sleep. They really have, I take them before bed on an empty stomach and I fall asleep pretty much straight away. I have been sleeping deeper and actually dreaming which I haven't done for a long time. So they defiantely have helped my sleep
