Leaked
The bag was a big, and I mean big, strong bag, the problem I encountered was the liquid leaked out (I had it sittlng sideways in a large pot) all over my refrigerator and made a terrible mess. It may be okay if you can leave it flat, but I didn't have room for that.

Made for smaller turkeys.
We had a 20 lb turkey and my husband found the bag was just fitting it. He brines the same size turkey every year and generally the bags are bigger. It was sturdy and served the purpose, but made for turkeys under 20 lbs.

Works great, I was worried about how to keep the Turkey cool while brining without emptying my Fridge. With this bag, I could keep in in a cooler with a bag of ice and did not have to worry that the cooler would be contaminated with bacteria.Will use it every year.
