I have an old ankle injury (from 2011) that swells when it's hot and humid outside. My doctor told me a diuretic might help I started taking these pills when I was read dandelion had a diuretic effect and they work wonderfully without being as completely dehydrating as a diuretic you might pick up at the drugstore. It's great to have matching ankles all year long again!! I tried a different brand when I ran out of these and didn't have time to wait for shipping, and these definitely worked much better, so I will be making sure I am always in stock from now on.

I had problems with low blood when I work I would have to eat at 11:30 am now when I take the pill in the morning before I eat I am not hungry until after 12p I also have lost weight with this it curbs my apatite.
