Come Hell Or High Water: Prairie du Chien's 4th Ward

Lots of historical and great detail.

I was disappointed that this is more of a scrapbook than anything. I was expecting to read about the flood. There are really only pictures which are nice, but not what I was expecting. The book was quite expensive for what I received.

Loved the book! My grandparents and Aunt's and Uncles lived in the 4th ward and I knew a lot of the people there. Betty did a great job!
