Mary KayCream Eye Color ~ Pale Blush

I haven’t tried a Mary Kay product in many years, but cream eye shadows that aren’t “shimmery” looking are tough to find so I figured I’d give this one a shot. Turns out that this one is pretty much perfect!This is a soft, pale pink color with a very slight pearlescent quality to it. It is NOT sparkly or glittery in the least, but it’s also not so matte that it looks chalky. It really brightens the eye area and has just enough pink in it to bring out the green in my eyes. You can certainly layer other shadows over it for a more dramatic look, but I find that this shadow along with liner and mascara is all I need for a polished but natural look. It wears well with no creasing and it doesn’t make my lids feel or look oily.Application: You can use your fingers, but I prefer using a small fan-shaped brush.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a cream shadow without any “sparkle”. This formula is kind to eyes that are, shall we say, not as young as they used to be. Very pretty – I love it!

I use this creme as a base under my eye shadow powder and it works better than primer. Goes on smooth with a bit of sheen but not too much shimmer. Unfortunately it was discontinued by Mary Kay so I'm buying up all I can.

After being a skeptic for so many years I finally tried Mary Kay eye shadows. I love how they are long lasting once applied. Many great colors to choose from. This crème eye color is very smooth and easy to apply. Not to happy with the Pale Blush color because it is matt type color, hard to apply evenly and the pink isn't as bright as I thought. Not as pink as the picture. This is not the sellers fault, this is my personal taste. I will continue to order other shades.

Nice and moist, goes on easy, blends well with minimum work, no need for primer. I ordered 3 other colors in this line that have a black streak that turns the color much darker than desired. I returned them and was told by the seller that the black streak is supposed to be there, but there were no streaks in the color at the USA Mary Kay website. I would check out the website before buying.

Beautiful color. Stays on

I liked the product but wished I had ordered a lighter color. This particular product was too pink for me. It went on smoothly but tended to fall in my eye lid cracks.

Works better than any cream shadow I’ve tried.
