・良い点 付属のスプーン２杯を500ml程の牛乳で割ることで1200kcalになるそうです。 少々の粉っぽさはありますが、一撃がでかく腹持ちもよいので満足しております。また、4.7ｋｇで6000円程なのでｋｇ毎の値段はかなり抑えられていると思います。 ・悪い点 一方、付属スプーンが見たこともないほどでかく（一杯250㏄）、２杯で314ｇらしいので単純計算（4700/314=）14杯分で6000円と云うことになり、円/食ではそこまでという感じもしました。まぁ高カロリーなので、消化器官の弱い私なんかは付属スプーン１杯分を摂取しただけでお腹いっぱいになります。また、若干溶けにくく、多めの水または牛乳で割ることもあり、筋トレ後の一気飲みはしんどいです。あと、だまが残る。 ・海外直送ということもあり、注文から自宅に届くまでに2週間程かかりました（都内在住） ・商品の説明等がなかったので、写真を添付しておきます。

I have gained around 3-4kg by taking this gainer. The taste is so much better than other mass gainers out there. Highly recommend it.
