I use these for my heat press below the fabrics on on the fabrics as I transfer vinyl unto the shirt. It prevents scolding. Also, a heat tool for ironing.

I use this for sublimating. I was really surprised for the price that this Teflon is really thick! I was expecting a flimsy thin piece and was really nervous it would be such. I recommend this product

these are great and very thick for silicone mats... i used these for crafting but they would also work for heat pressing shirts.
