Wow what a revolution to the female periodI track my cycle using an app and when I get cramps the night before or my other usual symptoms, I pop this cup in and it's so comfortable to use and handy!!I originally got the larger size in pink, as due to tampons, I always thought my period was deemed as 'heavy', now I know it's notI haven't had a child otherSo when I got a size too big, fab for holding it in all day BUT it started to hurt my lady area, assuming where the bit at the bottom was poking out and causing a slight friction soreHOWEVER, I was brave and tried the smaller size and boom ... perfect fit and SO much more comfortable, no pain no discomfortI do weight lifting with it, I wore my cup in the pool on holiday, I wore it scuba diving, walking it is fab !!My only hiccup, was one moment on holiday, I realised on holiday, that I had not emptied it all day, and was in the loo's in reception and had a little panic as I couldn't wash it in the sink and I had a cubicle away from the sinksbut I remembered what a friend told me, I used a water bottle to wash it out in the toilet bowl and this was the perfect solutionYes I would have been caught out technically without my water bottlebut if you're worried, just whilst you're on your period, try to remember a water bottle OR try to remember some back up tamponsor just don't do what I do and leave it all day without taking it out haha!Also there isn't really a massive difference in size between the two sizes listed here, but if you haven't given birth, I personally would recommend going smaller - but it's not a bad thing to have both sizes available I'm sure, still saving so much money that I would spend on other sanitary products

I switched to menstrual cups a few months ago and it has been life changing !! I started off with a medium size from a different brand just to get used to it but quickly realised I may need a larger one for my first two days with heavy flow.I bought these and they are perfect ! It is slightly stiffer /sturdier so it may not be great for beginners but it works well for me . It stays in place and I have had no leaks or issues whatsoever .Just make sure it is inserted correctly and opened correctly. I almost forget that I’m on my period thanks to this, you really don’t feel it at all.I use a smaller one for my last two days as it’s just easier. Cleaning can get a tad messy but it really really helps to have a bidet or peri bottle to wash things up quickly between changes.

Firstly the silicone is not as smooth - occasionally has some grippy or sharper texture to help it stay in place.However, it’s a brilliant product. Great place to start if you’re looking to try without spending too much money.It’s lasts 12 hours - I change it twice per day at 6.30 am and then again before bed - it’s very convenient. You’ve got to have a strong stomach though, and a nail brush to clean your hands after! but it’s entirely worth it because you only faff about twice in a day. Give it a go!

Wow what a game changer!! I bought a menstrual cup a few years ago off ebay for less than £5 but it was stiff and uncomfortable. I couldn't get on with it so I threw it away and went back to pads. I HATE pads, so I'm always looking at alternatives. I considered period pants but don't like the idea of sitting in blood and the washing.This cup is soft but robust, excellent quality. It is easy to insert and it is so comfortable, you can't tell you are wearing it at all! I have had no leaks. It is a little fiddly the first few days figuring out what works for you to get it to inflate and sit nicely. If I fold mine too much it doesn't pop open properly so I have to do it again. I've found if I fold the tiniest but in at the edge but basically put it in as it comes, then it goes up perfectly. Stick with it, it takes a little practise but is so worth the results!Love this product, I'm converted!No more tampons and pads. Brilliant 👏

This is such a good alternative to the more expensive brands out there, plus 2 for the price is really worth it. It was comfortable, easy to use & I actually find I cramp less using cups, with tampons I would get loads more cramp. I would really recommend this for first time users of menstrual cups.

This was okay but to me felt uncomfortable and I felt I experienced more cramps.

I’m a first timer user of a cup, after looking for alternatives in a busy job where I can’t always leave at the appropriate time to change a tampon I thought it was worth a try.I found standing legs apart the easiest way to insert this. Once folded and inserted I’m fairly narrow so it wouldn’t on its own unfold inside. I found just inserting your finger round the outside of the cup rim, following it round then allows it to open inside fully. It was snug so felt confident about no leaks! But was very comfortable all the same.I used the small, I’m 24, size 10,haven’t had children. Long but narrow cervix and it fit perfectly.Hopefully this is a good amount of information for someone looking to try themselves :)

These have worked great for me and my flow everytime I wear them I have been worry free does take a while to Makesure it's in correctly but I do recomd this if you are exhausted of constantly buying pads and want a less waste option
