I ordered the complete set of mauve pink for my medium mutt dog. I received the correct font nicely placed with a simple name, and no other info. The reason for the 4 stars is because the hardware appeared (at least on my screen) to look gold tone, which I think looks more attractive with mauve. I received chrome. I thought maybe something wrong was selected or sent. After looking things over I realized it doesn't mention anything about what type of hardware tone is being used and why I had came to my own conclusion. This is partially because I had reviewed other seller's gold tone/pink velvet collars before landing on this sellers. Seller should make that more clear in their listing. Otherwise it was packaged nicely and feels very heavy duty. Heavy hardware is not good for small dogs. Took 2 weeks to get. Would buy again if they get other color hardware.

Purchased two of these along with the matching bow and leash. Both of my dogs have had their collars fall off after making sure the buckle was secured. I found one collar but cannot find the other. This is really unfortunate as the collars are adorable and not cheap. I really wish these collars came with buckles that stayed buckled. Plus the bows I purchased separately are on these collars.

Much heavier and bulkier and larger than expected for a size small. Also he bought it with the name engraved on the closure in hopes that without a tag the collar would be quieter, but the metal closure is very noisy. So basically I wasted money on a collar that doesn’t work for us.

I love this collar. It takes about two weeks to receive it and after wearing it for two months I have no complaints. I will order more when time will come. I love the fact that all the information about my dog is on the buckle. I don’t need to worry about loosing a tag.Collar is very good and high quality.

I ordered two of these personalized collars for my dogs. They arrived within absolutely reasonable time-frame considering they were shipped from China!The items arrived in perfect condition, there were no typos or errors, the engraving was just as I ordered it!Unfortunately one of the buckles was not as strong as the other but I didn't think this would make a difference, however it did and on the 2nd day of using the collars we lost one.I contacted the company and withing a few hours I received an e-mail response that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would make a new collar and ship it as soon as possible. I was speechless. In this world today companies are more than often care less of after-sales and customer satisfaction, let alone retention. This is definitely a company with individuals who understand how to do business. Just to add to my astonishment, within two days I got a tracking number for the new collar on its way!Aside from the treatment I received, I would also definitely recommend the products! They are well made, professional-looking and stylish!Thank you so much! A pleasure to do business with!

Great quality, text very readable. Ordered the day after we got our new family member, then decided to change her name. I like the collar so much I don't think I care! It did take longer then expected to arrive on Prime, but it's worth the wait.

I love this collar. My dog is very sensitive and this is soft but very durable. He is a large puppy and still pulls on the leash, but the clasp holds well. I really like the engraved contact info on the buckle because our previous dog tags used to make him scratch. The color is beautiful and doesn't bleed when wet. Dries easily too.

When I first received this collar, it looked so well made that I ordered the leash to match. After a couple for weeks, the buckle would come unhooked on its own while on the leash. I thought it was a fluke, but it continued to occur. I really liked the style, personalization and make of the collar, but I can't take the risk of the collar coming unhooked while walking my dog. It may be as simple as a defective buckle.
