Tasteless Oil for keto diet
I use it as an addition to the keto diet. I was afraid that it would be oily what I really hate but it is tasteless and I love it.

Didn’t have a lid/cap!
Seems good so far. Recommended as a carrier oil for CBD which I am giving to my dog for epilepsy. He’s been seizure free for a week- will hopefully continue as prior to starting with these, he was having them between 1-3 weeks!Weirdly didn’t come with a lid or cap though!!

Full Keto
Only into my second week of this product, so making a full review would be pointless. I must point out that I’m not following a strict keto diet, but a carb reduction and IF,However, taken with a daily morning coffee, I do feel a strange sense of mental clarity, and hunger pains are more tolerable, so far my only complaint has nothing to do with the actual MCT oil itself but the container, I’ve used spoons and the cap itself to measure the amount required, and it’s on the messy side , maybe a nozzle of some sort would be better.
