Perfect fil

Does not include special security bolt to properly install
Ktm uses a special t25 security bolt on the tps sensor. This does not come with the special bit needed to remove these screws this your on your own for that piece.

Not well thought out
First thing I noticed was the holes for the TPS screws didn’t line up properly so I enlarged and filed them so the cover would go over the screws. Plus I didn’t want to take the chance that the TPS was in a calibrated position that I could mess up by removing the screws. Now the cover is flush with the TPS but it left a 50 mil gap between the cover and the throttle body where the actual hold down screw goes so I had to put a couple washers in there so it would all go together properly. So it ended up looking good, im just disappointed they didn’t design it properly. Fortunately the nicecnc label wasn’t pre attached so it was easy to not have to live with having that on there.Update: I got an e-mail from nicecnc offering a full refund and wanting pictures of the problem. So at least they read the reviews and are concerned when there’s a problem.

Improper hole sizing pn the orange one.
Instead of removing the TPI sensor and messing up the calibration I simply drilled out the two holes to the correct size and used one screw to hold the unit in place, just like stock one it replaced.The seond cover I bought was blue and fit perfectly. I have no idea why they were so different.

Just a cheep plastic cover that is no better than the factory one with a sticker with it I recommend just purchasing a name brand one
