This product would probably be okay if it had 2 clasps to hold it in place on the mattress cleaner.At first, I couldn’t work out why the dust cup kept falling out of the cleaner until I finally realised that it was supposed to have 2 clasps to hold it in place.Unfortunately for me, I just happen to have received a broken item.I’m not sure if this item was previously returned by another purchaser or if it was manufactured that way.Either way, I’m really p**sped off about it as cost me £130.I’ve now got to somehow try to get this issue fixed.UPDATE: Thankfully, Amazon UK support have ordered a replacement.For now, I have used Velcro to hold the dust cup in place.I’ve suffered badly from all kinds of allergies all my life that cause many health issues.I can actually feel mute on my face and especially around my eyes. There have been those that didn’t believe me but I really am that sensitive to them.I’ve had several allergy tests in the hospital and at the last one , the nurse told me I was the first one to have ever been allergic to all of them, where they scratch my arm and apply the different substance to test for reaction.I’ve been using this vacuum every day on all my bedding including pillows, sheets and duvet. I have also been using it on my clothes.This Hoover works brilliantly for removing all kinds of mite and I’ve been able to sleep without constantly itching all over.More so, I have nit been wheezing and can breathe much better and I wake up without my eyes being stuck together, which used to feel like they were filled with fine grit.It’s so worth the 15 minutes or so to use this Hoover. I suffer from several other issues that can make my life unbearable and this had really helped me to get better quality of sleep- even if it is in small amounts.This Hoover is quiet when on auto and and has a good length of cable. I did have to cut off the 2-pin plug and put on a UK 3-pin Plug and use a 5 amp fuse.It’s quite easy to clean as well and easy to store standing upright.I purchased the 14000 version and cleaned my mattress and cover first for of all. It’s quite amazing the amount of dust that it picks up - even though I had previously always vacuumed my mattress and bedding using my Shark vacuum.I now have a total of 7 different types of vacuum cleaners, which is due to having chronic OCD.This will likely be my new favourite once I get it replaced with a new one with 2 clasps on the dust cup.BTW, I felt it was only fair to give 5 stars instead of my original ‘1’ star, as it really does do an excellent job!

The cord is much longer than I expected, so you won’t get frustrated with looking for outlet. Easy to clean. Visible effect. Standing independently. After using this, I didn’t get hives from house dust..!! Heating system is really good for winter, make a doona cosy and fresh. Really fun to find dusty spots because of the sensor light. Unfortunately people living in Australia need to import this product from UK and require SE type adapter plug to use. I wish I could get more products from this brand in Australia.
