Theres nothing to say, except that this is the typical Savinelli experience. Great smoke. Beautiful craftsmanship. Eye catching. Even if they dont say so, anyone who takes note of you smoking this pipe, will be impressed. Its F***ing blue, man!

My husband asked for this pipe for Christmas. i am not a pipe smoker, but to tell you the truth. its a beautiful pipe. Midnight blue. Very well made. A show piece. My husband loves it!!

Savinelli makes lovely pipes and this model is consistent with the quality they imbue in their products. It’s a beautiful billiard (stained blue and polished to a marble-like smoothness). It also accepts 6mm balsa filters for those who use filters; and also includes an adapter for those that don’t.So why the four stars? The pipe has one issue but it is a concern: when running a pipe cleaner along the chamber and especially when tapping ash out of the bowl into the palm of my hand at the end of a smoke, the blue stain is prevalent. A tap clear of the bowl always results in a blue ring on my hand.If the stain shows up on pipe filters and hands, then it can be inhaled.I have no doubt they use food-grade stains, but this seems like something the good folks at Savinelli should look into.

love the pipes.....Buuuut they say you will receive two balsa filters, you will only receive one in the pipe...They should send me a free box! I have ordered three pipes.
