I needed a new 4 gang extension and found this with the addition of 3 USB ports for charging your phone etc. Well packaged.

I love the USBs! Great in the garage
I have installed this on a pegboard in my garage to power some drill battery chargers and usb work lights.The extension lead has an on and off switch which is very handy for selecting only to turn this trail on or off. It has a neon light to indicate on or off too!The sockets themselves are a little too close together. I wish manufacturers would trial what will be used in these trailing sockets as I like to use smart plugs to control individual items. Smart plugs will clash with eachother, meaning you cna only use 2 smart and 2 not smart in this because of spacing.The usb sockets are great, they seem to provide ample power to charge my work lights and I really love this extension lead for that. I dont need to waste all 4 plug outlets with usb plugs, instead I use the usb sockets at the end and can charge 4 lights, with 4 battery charges plugged in.Overall, I feel harsh for giving 4 stars because I use and like this so much, but the spacing of the sockets would have made this a very very easy 5 stars. Just that little bit bigger and it'd be perfect.

All outlets work well, phone charges fast, durable
This extension lead is brilliant. Firstly it is durable and seems well made. I like the colour and more elegant look than the classic plastic white ones. The cable is thick and long which is good because the main plug is far from my work desk.It has a switch button which is good for us, as we tend to leave the chargers on, so we can just switch off the button instead. All the 4 outlets work well, we've tried them with laptop chargers, lamps and hair straighteners. There's no funny noise coming from any of the outlets. The 3 USB slots also work and charge my phone and tablet as fast as when on the charger and directly pluggedto the plug.I would have liked if it had the smaller USB type slots that some new chargers come with now (thinking of my work phone), as it would make my life easier but it's not a big deal.
