I never used one of these for a watch. is kind in the in between of either to tight or a little loose. is a strong strip since I work with heavy stuff my watches tend to get damaged after a while. but with this strap just work best.

Good: Strap itself is of very good quality. Stitching is good, no harsh edges, and very comfortable once broken in. The adapters and spring bars are good. Bear in mind that some watches may have spring bars of a different diameter that may make the ones included with the kit necessary. I installed the product on a 5600 series g-shock and the factory spring bars were thicker, but the kit spring bars made a great install.Photo included of product installed on g-shock 5600. Adapters could fit a slightly wider strap, perhaps 24mm, but the 22mm is probably the best choice.Bad: Annoyingly, the product had been opened and there were used parts (screws, band "wing") from a GD-350 in the bag. The spring bar tool had one of the forks broken and that made it pretty much useless. It appeared that someone failed on a GD-350 install attempt and returned the product. That said, I had a much better spring bar tool and the install went smoothly. The band appeared completely unused, so the broken tool was just a nuisance.
