Pheasant - 1 Pair of Ringneck Pheasant Complete Wing

Absolutely excellent dog training tool. My Labrador retriever will bring back any decoy or canvas bag from either land or water. Even used pheasant scent on my canvas bags to get her acclimated to the scent. However, when she got in touch with her first bird, she had trouble retrieving, given her unfamiliarity with the feathers in her mouth.Bought this product, and would have her hold while I hid one of the wings about 30-40 yards away in about thigh high tall grass. She tracked the smell fine and was retrieving the wing almost immediately. Rewarding good behavior with training treats.Later, sewed the wings onto a canvas bag and had her track and retrieve there as well. Next time out in the field she was retrieving pheasant, quail, and Chukar with no problem.Wings are pretty durable, the one set was enough to get 6 or so trainings out of. Enough to get her comfortable with the feather texture and feel in her mouth.

I purchased these for our picky eater dog as a reward for training and in a scent-work class. The wings are in perfect condition, quite large, I even cut one in half and still have two large pieces. They had a strong scent even to my nose and both of our dogs were incredibly excited when they got a whiff.

I use wings like these to make fancy dance fans for pow-wows. Theses wings are perfect in all ways. They are spread out to dry and they come out AAA quality. I will buy many more as the items are top quality and the price can’t be beat. I did look around for other sellers but I’m always going to come back here. Perfect just Perfect.
