Q: Are these seamless, or are there seams down the sides?

There are no seams down the side. They are very soft right out of the bag new and just get softer with every wash.

Q: Do these run at least a size big? My son is a 3-4T normally but only 5T available, wondering if they would fit?

I would say no, I would say that they fit just right but the material and quality is awsome!! I highly recommend but would go for a size larger for growth purposes.

Q: Are these long enough to stay tucked in?

These run incredibly small! I bought the 12 m and it was maybe a 6 m size
