This is the perfect toning ball for pilates exercises
The rubbery outside material keeps it from slipping out of your hands or however you are holding it, and the weight seems to be accurate (I bought a 3lb weight), to be perfect for my exercise. I haven't had it long enough to vouch for its durability but think it will last at least a year using it daily.

I received 2 of these. They are not the same. One is soft and the other is hard. I believe they are supposed to be equal size and feel. They are not.

Roll out your knots yourself!
I have arthritis in my hands to using these balls really helps the pain. Also great to roll out knots in your neck & shoulders. Wonderful product without paying for a message to do the same thing.
