This baby powder works great, although I don't use it exactly as intended. My house is infested with ants -- but it's not just my house, my entire neighborhood is infested with ants. Nothing we do stops them. No quantity of poison or bug control is effective. However, certain kinds of Baby Powder are an effective deterrent which prevents them from leaving and smelling their scent trails. The scout never makes his way back to the nest, and workers never follow. Leave a small line of baby powder circling anywhere ants are entering, and before long they stop appearing. The powder absorbs ambient moisture and loses effectiveness over time, so clean up and reapplication will be required and will vary by climate. The price is great, and my local big box stores stopped stocking effective kinds, so I buy from Amazon now. Would recommend to anyone with an ant problem where poisons are ineffective or not desired.

This Johnson's Baby Powder is real talc--no cornstarch! The scent is mild and greeted me as I opened the shipping box. It has been a long time since my family and I have been able to enjoy real baby powder. I purchased a three pack of the 22oz size since it is so hard to find these days. It smooths on nicely, and is great to use after a bath or in shoes. (Also works to lift various oils from garments, washable and non-washable alike). Hope Johnson's continues to make this product overseas and it will be available for those of us in the US who like this great product. Cornstarch is not as effective as real talc, and acts more like a desiccant than a gentle drying agent. My feet dry and crack with cornstarch and never do with talc. You will love the original Johnson's Baby (Talcum) Powder; there is no substitute for the "real" thing!

Three big bottles of real talc baby powder arrived at my house today, thank you very much! As a paralegal and a law student, I can say in my professional opinion that I believe the J&J lawsuit that compelled J&J to pull our beloved TALC baby powder off the US market (and replace it with gross, stinky corn starch) was just a farce and a scam to make money (and I am looking forward to reading through the entire case! Fun fun!). I am happy to have found a quality supplier or baby powder here (I am always worried about quality when I order on Amazon) and I hope this supplier keeps providing quality J&J baby powder.The only reason I am writing this review is so other people looking to buy this baby power will buy from this supplier which will inspire this supplier to keep selling a quality product. That way when I run out I know exactly where to go to buy my baby powder. My review is entirely self-serving in this way...but if it helps you make a good choice then, great! I like to do good, as well.

Classic smell like remembered from way back in the day. So soft. We all use it everywhere we can especially in hot summer. It was good enough for my Nana and Mama so good enough for me and my family.. I read about the lawsuits and am sad for those folks but we have never had any problems at all in past 50 years or so and we stack it on down yonders way.

This has always been my favorite powder. I've used it for decades. Maybe it's just a rumor but I've read it will no longer be sold in America. These are BIG containers and there were three in the set. Someday I will run out but not for awhile. The contents are talc from China and the product is made up in Taiwan. It has a light scent but all three together in the box smelled a bit stronger. One on it's own isn't bad and I have severe allergies.

I have been having trouble finding the Johnson's and Johnson's talc baby powder at major stores now since they stopped making the product. I was happy to find the product is available from Amazon. I don't know for how much longer this product will be available. But I use it daily and I am very satisfied with the product. I hope you will continue to stock the product for future purchases or something similar to this product. Thank you so much for having this product available!

I’ve not bought these for use as a talcum powder. This is THE recommended powder to keep your hands dry while playing tabla (Indian percussion instrument). Works perfect. Great value pack.
