As an aside, if you've got really kinky hair, this is the BEST gel you could hope to find; it leaves your hair feeling silky and leaves no white residue or stuff like that as per my experience with other gels.  Hope this helps you to make the right decision for your hair.  : )

Does it provide good definition for 4b/4c hair?

Definitely...control the frizz n I get good definition my curls looks perfect,  the effect looks for almost 3 days. I really like this product

Difference between this one and ors aloe vera honey gel?

There is no difference between these two gels, just the smell. They're both great for defining curls.

My hair is 2c/3a, fine/thin, and gray.  i like other ors products (curl creme, curl jelly), but am wondering how this would work for my hair?

I like ORS products as well. I use the same products as you. I tried this one but didn't like it. I have 4C hair . My braider says its "full, soft, but thin." This felt so heavy and sticky on my unbraided natural hair. This was when my hair was unbraided and I just had a simple curly  afro. I love their other products but this was a flat out never again. For a similar product I prefer Curls Blueberry Bliss Curl Control Jelly.
