To be most accurate, this would be a 4.5 star rating. This is an excellent product. The hair is a nice texture, and it's really long. It covers the scalp quite thoroughly. So far, it has been styled in several updo styles and fancy braids, as well as being sprayed with water and set with curlers--all of which were simple and successful. There has been no heat-based styling or cutting attempted on this yet. The downside is where the head attaches to the clamp. It is a little wobbly, and even fell off once while in use. Overall, however, it is an extremely helpful tool.
