I like the color but I have to use gloss under it or it's dry and will flake a bit.

You don’t need a $10 lip gloss! This goes on smooth and stay on for a while
I buy these I’m bulk and don’t use anything else!

I have purchased this previously using the same # but this time the color is different. I'm sad. It's a big difference.
