The retractable feature is excellent! Stretches from about your elbow to your hand. I can scan into all of the hospital doors no problem! It's very thin and easy to insert your key card. It sits very secure inside.

Plenty of comments about how it looks. Your I.D. snaps inside of the two sided window so you can see both sides. Plus its retractable which makes it easier to access doors without having to bend down everytime. I don't know how long the mechanism will last but definitely worth the purchase. Will buy again. More color options would be nice.

I work in a very hard rough environment out here in the desert and throughout the years I use many of these padge-holders. they all have the same problems. get scratched very easily and small sand and dust go inside which makes it harder to clean. I purchased this one about 5 months ago and I was quite surprised. It's very scratch resistance due to normal activities. It is also well sealed avoiding the small sand and dust. it is very durable and flexible. since I have to open it and use my card on my work computer many times throughout the day. Over all, very well made product for the price

After using garbage badge holders for years, I'm glad I found a holder that is such a good quality. It's significantly overpriced for the single badge holder provided, but the quality is above all of the other crap out there I have found. This badge holder will be abused, and the test of time will see how well it takes the carnage from use. But the id's are securely held in place and it doesn't make me feel like it's going to fall apart. So far so good.

Product image shows what appears to be 2 holders,. Item image is misleading. You only receive one holder and one lanyard. Despite feeling slightly ripped off, the item itself is great but not worth $21 For one holder.

I have had this for 4 years in a production warehouse setting, and its held up very well of use and abuse. I am not a big review write, but its unique durability has pushed me to write this up.
