Not what I needed
Came late. Installed it and front windows would not work randomly. I did the hold the button up, and then down to program. Didn’t seem to help. Honestly the front windows pretty much stopped working. Also side note, the back ground light color is green. My trucks illumination lights are all blue. Would have probably over looked the color difference if it would have operated correctly. The description as well as amazon had me believing it was a direct match. I recommend doing more research when buy automotive parts off amazon.

It had issues. Almost the complete opposite of the ones my OEM switch had.
I wasn't expecting OEM quality when I purchased this item, just something to get me through the winter. The Dome Override Switch didn't work and there were no Instrument Panel Lights from this one.I contacted the seller and they were on top of issuing a refund. But now I still have to order another one. ALMOST perfect
I have had my pickup for about 12 years now. I have been replacing things that need replacing, and this switch was next up. I knew it was not going to be the OEM match. There are definite Pros and Cons.Pros:It is super easy to installIt fits directly in the 2009 RAM 1500 SLT driver's side arm rest holeit functions as it shouldCons:The pins needed a slight adjustment to fin in with the plug that fits underneath the switchthe labeling is slightly offthe illumination is slightly offIf you take your time with the install, and make sure to test your windows and locks before placing it back into the door, you should do fine. -- REMEMBER these are my experiences and yours may be different, although I hope they are the same.

Buttons are inconsistent.
The door lock button doesn’t always work. All other buttons work normally.

It fits and looks just like the original.
It works. I don't know why but it took a minute with the truck on. It took a second for the computer to recognize the new part. At first I plug the the old one in an it did the same thing. So plug it in and turn the truck on. Wait a minute.

Waste of money!
The unit was faulty out of the box. It failed to adjust the mirrors, or lock the doors. After a week, it would not roll the windows up or down reliably.

Work well
It worked for my 2010 dodge ram 1500, had a little trouble trying to insert the three pin connector because it didn't line up properly but after a couple tries it went in. All windows work with no issues and so is the door lock/unlock and the mirrors.I do recommend this product.

Stay away from this window switch brand .
Don’t buy. Window lock on front windows work window lock off back windows work they all don’t work together. Back passenger can roll down their window driver has to roll the window up. And the back passenger lock does not lock with the rest of them have to unlock and lock back passenger door by hand.
