Today, L'Oréal no longer tests its ingredients on animals and strictly follows this global policy. Q: Does this look clumpy or feathery?

Absolutely amazing mascara made my eyes look much more open. It only clumps if you put too many layers on but I found that a maximum of two is the perfect amount

Q: Does this come shrink wrapped or sealed to prove it’s not been opened?

Mine did not come with wrap on and I’ve been on here to see if this was just mine, I refuse to use it without wrap
