So for starters I want to say that I have about two weeks taking these pills and taking them periodically, so not everyday.They are easy to swallow, they have no odor, they aren’t huge but they aren’t small and they are cheap!I was advised from my gynecologist to get these pills . I was having pain a lot on my left breast and they did a lot of Testing including a mammogram and an ultrasound to see if there was any kind of lumps or something more severe. I’m still waiting on results for my hormones levels to see if that can be a cause of pain on my left breast but they did not find anything. My gynecologist to tell me that it can be my body adjusting back to its normal self from my pregnancy which was two years ago and also drinking lots of caffeine. I drink about 3 cups of coffee a day I am a stay at home mom so I am constantly tired.Ever since I started taking these pills I have felt a huge relief I would have pain at night we’re going to sleep and I wouldn’t be able to sleep because of the pain on my breast, left breast. I don’t take them every day but I do take them off then out of seven days I take them about five and I have slow down on drinking coffee. I’m now drink one cup of coffee whenever I feel extremely tired and on those days I do take the pill. Do I recommend these pills definitely. I usually get hot flashes several days before my period starts. It is very uncomfortable and the hot flashes have also interfered with my ability to sleep throughout the night. I only took two capsules each day until right before my period started again. I also noticed my skin was less dry and I felt a better sense of well-being throughout the duration of taking them. I have nothing negative to say about this product. I just wish I knew about Evening Primrose Oil many years ago!

The capsules are very large. I had to stop taking Biotin at the order of my doctor because it was altering my blood test results. It was recommended by friends that Evening Primrose Oil could also help me with hair loss. I haven’t been on it a full month yet but it is working better on my hair loss than Biotin. I hope to see even better results over time.

I have had terrible, terrible hot flashes for the last three years, up to 30 times a day. My friend recommended this after seeing it on Dr. Oz. She said it helped her tremendously when paired with 180mg Vitamin E, but that it takes a few months to work. She takes it in the 500mg size twice a day. I couldn't find that, so I started taking this one at 1000mg once a day. I also take one Vitamin E in 180mg with it. It took about 3 months to work, but THANK GOD. I still get hot flashes, but maybe 2 or 3 times a day, but I now have some days without any hot flashes. It didn't help with breast pain at all, but it's a life saver for hot flashes. My Obgyn didn't have much faith in it when I told him how it helped me. Fortunately, I tried it before talking to him because I wouldn't have tried it after. As with anything, always research whatever new medicine you take for interactions with your other meds or conditions, especially herbal meds. This works for me and I am so very grateful. It takes a while, but give it time. You will be happy you did.

Bought this product after much research into hormonal acne for my 19 yr old daughter. Its been almost 2 months and we do believe it is helping clear it up. Takes months for acne to fade even after healing but at least her break outs have slowed down major and become fewer as time goes by. If she has any fresh break outs at all. So far I keep ordering it and she seems to be happy with results so far. Hoping to have complete clear skin (with minor normal breakouts) in months to come. Thank you so much!!! We really wanted to try a natural type remedies before we go the birth control route. She use to use proactive thru middle and high school. It worked but she felt after over 5yrs it really started to burn and irritate her skin and was concerned it would do permanent aging or damage. The oil upset my stomach so I open them and put the oil on my dry skin.

I’ve been suffering. I mean really suffering with hot flashes, and everything else that goes along with menopause. My gyno told me to get primrose years ago. I wish I would have listened to her. My symptoms were not as bad years ago. I literally had a breakdown. I had at least 20 or more hot flashes a day.I finally got the magic pill. In the reviews I read, they said it could take months to work. This has almost worked immediately for me. I went down to one or two flashes a day, to none, ZERO, in one week. These pills are like gold. My husband sees the difference in my mood as well. We are one happy family.
