Having tried quite a few others I have found that taking these at mid day has a much more positive impact on sleeping through the night than taking them at the evening meal. Been getting 6 to 6 1/2 hours uninterrupted sleep most recently, rather than 3 to 4 hours.

This is the best prostate Supplement I've taken to date. It actually reversed my frequent urination and more importantly allowing me to have a full night's rest. I have also observed that the dribbling after emptying the bladder has vanished completely. Thanks Dr. Whitaker for a great product.

I was getting up 4-5 times a night to go to the bathroom. Two days of taking just 2 capsules I was getting up just once.I will stay at two until it stops working, then go to 3 like the directions say.

Despite being skeptical of the glowing reviews of others, I gave it a try and no surprise, total waste of money. Like many other "miracle" products, this is another failure. Someone always claims that in one night these prostrate products work magic but as usual, they all do absolutely nothing good.This is one of the worst prostrate supplements ever and I will avoid it and others like it from now on.Be especially careful if you order because the default order is to "subscribe" to a monthly plan.Amazon should always require the default to be a single order so as not to deceive people.I want my money back!
