Not impressed- mirror is damaged and they will not complete an exchange.
There is a huge gash/ cut in the glass on the mirror. For spending $175 on a mirror you would think that the mirror would arrive undamaged. The mirror was packaged up damaged as it was fully wrapped up and the damage is cut into the glass. Very unimpressed with this.

Mirror is warped and reflection is distorted.
The mirror is warped in the middle. It’s like a circus mirror. You look half your size if you stand in the middle and then fatter at the sides. It was too much trouble to return the stupid thing because they won’t pick it up so I’ve kept it and just tell people it’s my circus mirror.
