Article as expected
The product is fine. The packaging was dreadful. Box much too big, thrown around by Royal Mail so it arrived opened - it was a good job there were no small parts to the article otherwise they would have been lost.

Production and Company satisfaction
I ordered 2 tall flowerpots, one was cracked down the seam, money has been refunded even though I am having trouble finding an email address to send the photographs of damage as requested, besides sending via email don't know how else to send them. The product itself is excellent.
