I got the Ayotu Case for my Remarkable 2 tablet about 2 months ago, and it's been awesome. The case is super thin and light, so it doesn't make my tablet bulky or heavy. It's tough, too, which means I don't worry about dropping it or getting it scratched up.The case feels really nice to hold because of the fabric on it. It's soft but also makes sure I don't drop my tablet because I can grip it well. Plus, the color of the case is really bright and looks great, making my tablet look cool. Remarkable 2 is white and gray tablet, matching the case color. See the photos.What I really love about this case are the magnets in it. They snap the case right onto my tablet and keep it closed tight when I'm not using it. I don't have to mess around trying to keep it shut, which is super handy.All in all, this case is great. It's not just about keeping my tablet safe; it also makes it look good and is easy to use. I'd definitely give it five stars! Oh, and the price compared to case from remarkable, say no more!!

I'm updating my review. I have this case for a while now and it has held up very very well. And it's very nice how thin it is because when folded open you don't hardly notice it's there, except that it provides a very nice grip then no case at all. again, my only complaint is how the covers close together so tightly (which is good) but it's too hard to pry them apart. Probably not a big deal for those with longer finger nails. I wish they would add a tab to grab on to. And, I do wish there was a more secure pen holder. The pen can easily get knocked off and it's rather anxiety inducing when you can't find your pen because your device is now uselessThis is a nice case. Fits well. Sturdy and protective yet minimal in size. The cover folds back nicely when in use and doesn't interfere. yes, the pen sticks out and thus can get knocked off pretty easily, and sometimes the case can be a little too challenging to open because there isn't much lip to grab on to...but i feel like if the lip was big enough to protect the pen then that would be more annoying. for the price - it's great. ps...i love my remarkable

It took 2 tries but the second time was the charm. The first one had a sample defect where the 2-sided tape they use to hold the magnetic spine in place had no stick to it (see photo); it was like that straight out of the packaging. I took away one star for that. The rest of this review is for the SECOND order.I started shopping for a replacement folio after the interior of the OEM (reMarkable) polymer weave folio started to pill in the hinge area (I was one of the people who got the folio for a huge discount as part of my pre-order that was delivered Nov. 2020). They wouldn't offer me a discount on the $150 replacement and I don't want to spend $150 every 2 years. At ~$40 this folio was worth a try; even if the same or worse happens every 2 years at least it's only a third of the price to replace.The case IS a bit/noticably heavier, but the cover also seems to be made of less flexible material, so that CON comes with a PRO. The exterior fabric seems VERY similar to the OEM version and has a medium coarseness that makes it easy to grip. The interior fabric is a finer material than the OEM version while still being soft to the touch - that should make it less likely to pill like the OEM folio did. The magnetic spine seems firmly attached and, while the magnets are a little weaker than the OEM, they hold the tablet in just fine. The contour of the spine that mates to the tablet is VERY close, but not QUITE perfectly matched to the tablet. Again, this doesn't interfere with its ability to secure the tablet to the folio - but does allow for very minor shifting. When closed the covers allow for the Marker Plus I have to magnetically secure to the tablet without interference. The cover has magnetic "grab" both when open and when closed, though it's stronger when open which I feel makes it easier to hold when reading since it prevents the front cover from sliding/shifting across the back cover.Overall, a great choice for the price - even if I end up needing to super glue the spine to the folio somewhere down the road.

I’ve been using the Ayotu Case for my reMarkable 2 since 2022, and I’m genuinely impressed. After a couple of years of daily use, it still looks almost new with just a few threads sticking out, but nothing major. The grey fabric cover hides stains really well, which is a big plus for me.Although it doesn’t have a pen holder, I’ve never lost my pen, and the built-in magnets keep everything secure. The texture feels great to the touch, and the case has a sleek, premium look that rivals the original but at a much better price.If you’re looking for a practical and stylish alternative to the official case, I highly recommend this one!

This is a really nice case. It's about double the price of other Remarkable 2 cases, but it's made very well and has a couple of features that the cheaper cases don't have. One of them is the long magnet that's located in the spine of the case that attaches to the magnet on the Remarkable 2 itself. I was surprised to see how well these magnets bind to each other, holding the Remarkable 2 securely in place inside the case.Another feature that assists the magnet in holding the Remarkable 2 securely inside the case, are the 4 divots located on the rear, inside of the case. These divots are made to accept the small rubber feet on the back of the Remarkable 2 which in addition to the magnet, helps to keep the tablet secure inside the case.The inside of the case is has a soft finish to help prevent the Remarkable 2 screen from being scratched. The outside of the case is textured.Really, the only thing missing from this case is a stylus/pen holder. However, I purchased one of these made for an Apple pen and attached it to this case and it's working out perfectly.IMO... this case is well worth the extra money. The cheaper cases do not have the magnet to hold the device in place. Most of them have an adhesive patch for this function. But eventually, the adhesive will likely dry up.

I’ve had this product for almost a year. At first it was a really nice case. However, after about a year the case has started fraying on the edges. Also, it does not stay on the remarkable or protect it from a drop. I am now needing to purchase a new case since this one has frayed.Update: the company gave me a partial refund for the case since it frayed. They were easy to work with and very professional.

Looks and feels nice. Magnets are strong but do not affect the screen. Keeps the pen even more secure than without the case. Exactly what I was searching for, highly recommend!

Very nice case.Bought the original sleeve not flip because I prefer the cloth than leather, and finally saw this one and just had to get it.Was very unsure about how the area around the pen magnetic would be on the actual product because the stock photos are not clear enough. I took a bet and won.So the case width is actually a little bit wider than the width of the tablet and the extra width can wrap around half of the pen. This is a clever way to keep the pen in place! No extra pen holder needed, most of the time it won't be kocked off, and it makes use of the magnetic itself.The only con I can feel right now is the weight. The case itself is heavy as it has magnetics within the case. As soemone who has been using the tablet without case, this is very noticeble. It's a little less heavy than the ipad pro + case. You will definitely feel the weight.
