No, this isn't a scam, this box and others like it, can have over 100 different cards, 28 of which you can pull from the random packs, just like when you buy Booster Boxes or Packs, those have 100's of different cards, but you'll only pull 5/7/9 etc. random cards.

Does the pack comes with the Egyptian god cards?

No, there isn't any Egyptian Gods in this set, but, there are a lot of pretty good cards in this set.
