After reading other reviews, I got an XL when I’m normally a M. Otherwise they’re great! Tight enough to cover me up at the gym but loose enough to not ride up with every movement. I like them! Pockets are always a bonus. I’m 5’5 and 143 lbs for reference.

I just dropped down from an XL to an L and thought ordering a size up would work for me as most people mentioned this was successful in their reviews. They do fit but are very snug and look more like bicycling shorts. I pulled these out of the package and simply laughed. Do not order these thinking they are normal US sizing. They will most likely fit as I continue to lose weight but the XL looks more like a Youth Medium in US sizing. Nothing wrong with that just want to let people know that ordering a size up is not universal advise and you should probably go two or three sizes up instead to be safe unless you like a tighter fit then go wild.

These run extremely small and inside the shorts are listed as “dry clean recommended”. I’ve washed these twice now (let’s be real - who would actually dry clean athletic/lounge shorts?) and they have shrunk significantly. The elastic band is not actually sewn into the top of the shorts and I’ve had to shift it around because it gets twisted easily. They are OK shorts, but you get what you pay for. I would not recommend them. Buyer beware!

Shorts are really comfy! Fit mostly well! They’re just a tad big around the pocket areas and I have to fix the band every time I wash them, but I do like them a lot!

Order a larger size! These shorts are made with a thick, good quality fabric, the pockets are very slim and do not add a bunch of bulk. I’m 5’4”, 130 lb, with a pretty big bum, usually order a medium. I ordered a “1xl big” after seeing another review, and it fits very well, but if you want a really snug fit, a large might work for you.
