My woman loves it. Had to buy a shower head attatchment but its a great product.

Inadequate screws
The screws sent with this item are substandard. The screw heads stripped in about every instance. It seems like the metal is too soft. Also, the screws for the hand rail were just too short.

Good for new construction
Good product if your remodeling your shower. Wall brackets are not 16 inches on center so you would need to remove wall tile and sheet rock and add wall support brace per Local building codes.

too short for disabled person
This seat is quite small and the legs are way too short for a disabled person to use. The maximum leg length is 15" which is extremely low to the ground for anyone.
