BCHPrinthead Cleaning Kit for HP 564 910 920 934 935 Printheads – MaxStrength RED 120ml for Inkjet Printer

I bought a used printer off Ebay and when I received it, it would not print any colors. Printed fine in black, but not the slightest hint of colors. Used the "clean printhead" function many times with no improvement. Before I went through the hassle of returning it I figured I try one last thing. I found videos from BCH on youtube on what might be the problem and how to fix it. I followed the instructions they gave on the video and after a couple of treatments, and letting the printer sit overnight soaking, it started printing in color. Gave it another cleaning and now it works as it should. I used about 1/20th of the bottle so there is WAY more in the bottle than you will probably ever need. If your problem is old dried ink in your printhead, this will solve that problem. If it is something else then this won't help. It's not a cure-all, but does what it is supposed to.

It did help initially, but the results did not last, and the process is time-consuming and involved to keep using. Could be a defect with the print head, but regardless this product did not provide long-term results we needed.

It didn't work for me. I was hoping, but all along I didn't think it was a print head. I thought I'd try it and hope for the best.
