This is a great product. Good design. easy to understand and use. You just have to give it a try 1-2 times and you will get the hang of it. I learn that if the hair is too thick for the machine, it will tangle and stop. So use within 1 inch strand of hair. I also learn that rotating one direction in one strand and another direction for another strand and keep switching your curling directions, it gives you very beautiful and natural look curls.

I like the end result. Trying to learn to use it and which way to go is the most difficult part. There's no instructions with It and no pictures either. Have my head goes right and the other half goes left because looking in the mirror when you are left handed just makes it worse. I bet it would work even better if someone else did it for me . I have thick coarse hair and I got corkscrew curls on the high heat setting. I prefer waves so I'm gonna try to decrease the heat.

I love the curls, it it’s a burnless accessory and does the job for sure! BUT it does suck that it takes 19 seconds per curl. So if you are in a hurry to look good and go out on the town, give yourself about an hour or 45 minutes to curl your hair.

I love everything about this but if you put too much hair it will get caught inside and tug in your scalp a bit. It has happened a few times to me but my hair is fine. Just be mindful of how much hair you put in the curler. Other then that, it does the job!

I really like the results, you can't do too much hair at a time or it doesn't work and I did find it a little awkward holding it to line up near my head, guess it's just cause I was used to a curling iron. But I do love not having to roll it myself and it does take a lot less time to do my hair now.

Absolutely amazing! It is cordless (once charged), holds the charge for a few hours and I have a lot of hair and it’s to my waist, and makes beautiful curls that last. So in love that I bought 3. One for home, one that I keep in my office, and another in my car for emergency touchups.

It took me a minute to figure out how it even works because the one page pictures don't really explain. I ended up with zero curl. I had it on high heat and it still didn't do much. Not sure if im doing something wrong but I do not recommend.

Too bulky to hold up to hair, and my hair goes to the middle of my back. If I let it sit on the bathroom counter, I got a backache from leaning over and threading my hair into the barrel and holding this position for 19 seconds, multiple times. Good seller, sub par product. It got returned.

Not for those with thick hair, but would probably good for someone with fine hair.

Just the right amount of curl with volume without going overboard. My hair is thin and fine. Less than 5 min I can just section off pieces, put into the curler and run my fingers through after it cools! Perfect for daily dos!

Used once. Won't turn on.

I bought this in August and was just now able to try to use for an occasion. This product did not do what it was supposed to do. The rotating part of it did not work. I unfortunately missed the return date for this product and I am very disappointed that I could not use this.
