The voltage controll variable is a little touchy as in , start low and slowly bring it up to proper voltage . Remember on dc equipment always charge at 1 to 1.5 volts higher than the device voltage input. So if your device says 5 volt input next to the jack , you would charge it at 6 to 6.5 volts . Anything under that won’t charge the device and anything over 7 volts will damage you device. So be carefull.

I had an adapter like this but it got lost somehow. That one had exact settings so you were pretty sure that you were getting the right voltage. This one you twist a dial and there's a reading but it's a bit confusing as to whether or not it's what you need. I used it on a portable piano and kept turning the dial until I got it to work but I wasn't certain I wasn't giving too much or too little juice as it's an old piano and doesn't say how much it needs. Now maybe it doesn't matter how exact you are; I just don't know. For someone who wants to be very exact and knows the number they need, then this is perfect but not sure the hunt and peck method I used is the right one, in the long run.

Use a little philips head screw driver or similar tool to turn the dial clockwise to your desired voltage--it arrives with the voltage turned off, so you need to turn it before the display will light up.The default cable fits a PRC Saltillo Accent 800 without the use of the aditional adapter tips, and should for all the company's similar devices, as they sell a $90 ac/dc replacement part that is marketed for all the devices. The correct voltage for these devices is 17.I am 100% satisfied and recommend this product. Spent less, got more. It even has usb-c and micro USB adapters, which I hadn't noticed when purchasing.

I love this universal power adapter. It works great and most importantly, the cords going into the power supply seem to be strong and of good quality. I thought it was kind of clever how the adjustment knob is flush with the power supply box, and they don’t put an adjustment knob on it. They give you a little plastic key to set the voltage knob instead. While it may seem odd, it is actually a good idea because once you set this for the correct voltage, you want it to stay there. You don’t want a knob be sticking out that can move the adjustment and send incorrect voltage to your device. I am very happy with this universal unit.

Product shuts down after not even 1 hour of using it at max power and gets very hot. It is a fire hazard it got so hot it would burn your hand if you touched it.

Replaced a dead supply with this one. I checked the output with a multimeter and it was spot on. I prefer the adjustment on this vs others with a knob - it's less like to get accidentally changed. I'll just have to wait and see about longevity but I'm happy with it so far.

I bought this for my ring light it’s stays at its highest voltage for about 5 mins then Dims I don’t recommend

(Fuente de alimentación variable universal 60 W, 5V a 24V). Muy practico con sus muchos adaptadores y el voltaje ajustable con rueda. Ya lo tengo desde un medio año y funciona bien, no falla.

No lo he usado mucho aún pero parece ser de buena calidad. El voltaje fue fácil y preciso de ajustar, y se mantiene en el que se haya dejado. Se ajusta de manera gradual al voltaje exacto requerido. Lo quería para una bocina, y le quedó tal cual con la punta que trae, no fue necesario usar otra de las que trae.

Su pantalla muestra con mucha exactitud el voltaje de salida, la calidad es muy buena en sus materiales de construcción, hasta el momento se encuentra funcionando y todo parece correcto
