Worst product don't buy
The media could not be loaded. Stopped working after few months, always shows two red lights even though there is no high voltage or low voltage at home, from last two months struggling to get proper response from candes support team WhatsApp service, still the problem is not resolved. I recommend not to buy this product as there is no proper after sales service from Candes.

I had expectations that it would offer worry free service for a good number of years but to my dismay, the product failed in 5 months. I am still trying to get their customer service to accept this product for warranty as of this review. From what I learnt so far, they are an Internet only brand which sells through Amazon and they do not have a solid presence in Tamil Nadu. The service center was just recently setup and on speaking to them, I was told that they are swamped with failed products and it will take atleast a month for them to pick my product for repair. My other stabilizers are still working even after 10 years of installation and even if there is a fault, the service center is available to rectify the product in a few days. So please use your judgement before purchasing this product.

Waste products to purchase and after no service from Candes also.
Waste cable connection, no led work, no output received, after complaint, no service received from Candes Team, no service contract to local vendors, waste behaviour from customer care executive i.e. why you purchase our product, we can't service it.
