Paradise City: A Novel of Suspense Mass Market Paperback – August 30, 2005

Excellent, exciting read. Great story, love author’s writing. Highly recommend his novels. It’s like binge watching a Netflix series. A.so recommend Three dreamers and Wolf!

This was an extremely solid book - great story - LC seems to be the master of crime stories with an epic history of the characters - this book reminded me in some parts of LC's GANGSTER - same genre and similar historical family saga. Great characters, interesting, informative, and the book flows with seamless action. The book also reminded me a bit of Jeffrey Archer's KANE & ABEL with "intersecting" characters coming to a final confrontation. The only reason I did not give this book five stars was because the ending was, IMHO, a bit far-fetched. Otherwise, as I said, this was an extremely solid entertaining book worth the read, particularly if you are a fan of LC.

The story lines are real and amazing.

Carcaterra writes great stories with memorable storylines. A pleasure to follow this author.

Lots of action with a love story woven in between. Keeps you in your chair and not wanting to put book aside till the last page!

As usual the author gets you deep into the feel of the time and place, great book. Lorenzo Carcaterra is a master at his art.
