Leather Valet
Ordered this leather valet to use on my nightstand. Looks great and vey nice quality.Item did have some chemical odor when first arrived, but that went away after a while.Likely from the treatment of the leather. But still very happy with my purchase and love the item.I use it daily to hold my wallet, keys, daily carry knife, etc. Would recommend to anyone.Will last a very long time. Thank you to the seller.

Great item, BUT…
Do I love it? Yes.Is it well made? It certainly appears to be.Is the leather thick? Yes, I’d say definitely thick and sturdy.Do I like the color (Bootlegger Brown)? Of course I do, it’s gorgeous.It seems very well made. The corners are secured with black fasteners, which I think are going to better than the buttons in the long run that I’ve seen on others. It’s was this brand, or Hide and Drink for me. I went with these guys because it’s U.S. made, and hopefully American sourced leather.I bought the Large. My concern was that the XL might be too large for my nightstand. I measured it out and everything. However, I was not counting on the length and width to be measured from the end of the pinched corners, so I was a little disappointed about the size of the useable surface area. It’s not a big deal, but I wish that I’d have just spent the extra $5 and got the XL. If I we’re to get another, I definitely go with the XL unless you just want something on the smallish side, but still I suspect that they are larger that what most others are offering. At least these guys give you a choice of options.
