Not great
Doesn’t roll/glide very well but was cheap so no great $$ loss. Ok for personal use I guess but not good enough to use on massage clients

Whoa, a great massager, and it’s not a gimmick
My eyes are drawn immediately to products I will always give a try relating to helping painWhen the massage stick roller came up, I wanted to give it a tryI have to be honest and state, I was thinking it maybe one of those gimmicks, how can a stick alleviate pain in various parts of the body?I had a big serious op on my back three years ago, and I am disabled.Suffer chronic pain all the time, so my husband rubs a mixture of essential oil plus an emollient cream together, rubs it all in my back, then uses the massager. The object doing this is kneading out groups of muscles that cause contractions, ie, knots in the back and shoulder. Most knots come through from sitting at a computer, being hunched up, disability’s, lifting and moving.Great for leg cramping, and even to maximise blood pumping around the body.Needed is someone with patience to rub the back, good even pressure, but keep it relaxing, don’t use like a rolling pin. Gets knots out, however removing knots will not be very pleasurable, knots are painful, but the roller is excellent and seems to find knots quicker than a normal head massage would.Current price is decent and spot on currently £8.99Gives a 360% muscle tissue rub, can be used virtually anywhere on the bodyThis product I am pretty sure will last my life outHANDY NOTES**Ensure the roller does roll, if not loosen the tightness of the handle on both sides**VERY IMPORTANT, READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE USING..Very random thing to point out, but my chap runs it over my butt, and actually small signs of toning that area up.All in all once set up and the roller should work perfect for you, like mineHighly recommended* please let me know if my review is helpful to you* A big thank you to the seller

Who needs someone to rub down your back when you can do it yourself with this!
I am so very happy with this, omg! As soon as it arrived I ripped the box open to get my hands on this. Who needs someone to run their back but not able to get anyone to help. This solves the problem, you can massage those painful back muscles with this all on your own. Only thing missing is little more weight to it so can be workout on the arms well you massage themKnots out of the back muscles. Two birds one stone. If have arms like Thor with amount of back pain I get and how good this is at helping rub out that pain. You can as well have your partner give you rub down with it and really get the knots out and relax.

The gears move freely .It give great tissue release.
I saw the other review that says the gears do not move freely but mine does . Hope they send theirs back.I find this works very well and moves with ease. It gives great tissue release and is much easier to use that the large rollers . I am quite old and using the big ones is very difficult. This is light and I can reach the spots that need work.I hav another one that is made of 3 spiky balls but I like this much better. It moves easily and is not sharp. My muscles feel much easier after use. I really love it.For celulite, too, it is a really good massage. I could not now be without this as I feel so much better.

Massage stick roller
I ordered this to massage my legs, which seem to hurt all the time. It's not bad but the rollers are a bit temperamental and on some rolls they move freely and the feeling is great and on others they stick and then I'm just scraping this down my leg. Not bad but I'd have liked it a lot more if the rollers moved better.

So-so
This massage roller doesn't work particularly well, the rollers don't seem to roll freely enough so, in the end, you're just running a solid stick up and down your neck and back which is quite uncomfortable. If the rollers moved freely, it might be a better experience, but sadly, I don't think it's for me.

Relax muscles
Used to relax muscles after exercise, very suitable for neck, shoulders, arms, legs, upper back, lower back, buttocks, thighs, hamstrings, limbs, calves, shins, feet, shin splints, cellulite, etc. The handle is easy to hold, and each rolling spindle can provide massage for each muscle position.

very rigid and does not roll so well
The product was very rigid and did not really roll smoothly. I felt my self just forcing the role and therefore I feel it did not really help relieve any muscle pain, even after gym or playing football. The product is a nice size, good to cover large areas like the upper and lower back. Overall, the product is not majorly expensive and thus is not such a big loss.
