Best Introductory book to Computer Architecture
I got a chance to get hold of this book in early days of its release. I must say the author has done amazing job of trying to cover all the basics for the CA (Computer Architecture) and then moving to explaining other archs. This is a great introductory book to anyone who might be technical or non-technical.The sequence is perfect in terms of core basics are covered before hand to make sure the next topic in-line is understood well. Covering of multiple architectures , their comparisons and their practical application introduction helps user build a perspective and understanding of which architecture might be potential best architecture for it.I will say this is a good book for refreshing concepts as well as getting an introduction to changing world. The section of Blockchain and Self-Driving vehicle was particularly interesting.Overall : 4.5/5

Very informative
This book is structured very well, it allows you to read a particular section with out having to know much about other sections. Everything is explained in detail and with simple examples and illustrations to help you visualize the concepts. After reading this book, you’ll definitely have a strong understanding of what is going on at the hardware level of computers. It will also provide you with tips and insights on how to write code that takes advantage of the architecture in a modern computer to optimize performance.

A lot of great information about computer architecture
Truly a gold mine of information if you're interested in how computers do their computing.Really hard to read if you're new to the subject like myself because of all the specialized vocabulary (each thing has it's own name and reading 5 pages will take you 30 minutes) but if you make the effort there's a lot of very interesting content to be discovered.Just one thing : there could have been a lot more sketches and diagrams (it's almost all written in sentences) to ease the understanding.I recommend to watch videos on the same subject in parallel of reading the book to clarify everything.Anyway, thank you very much to sir Ledin for the work and for sharing his knowledge.

An in depth look at the modern architecture of computers.
A great, "in depth" look at central processing unit (cpu) design. This book is aimed more at the Academic student in their first/second year. This book is well written and explains the voncepts and ideas in a " easy-to-follow" style. This book can be used by, not just students, but anybody eith a keen interest in Modern Computer Architecture, Design, and Organization.Well worth a slot in any computer science students' or computer enthusiasts book shelf.
