Raisetech Portable Bluetooth Speaker with Microphone for Phone, PC and Tablet (Black)

It's hard to understand how they can get such good sound from this 'hockey puck'. When I first opened the box and saw this small Speaker?, my first thought was 'save this box & packing material because this thing in going back. I hooked it up to my Kindle and five (5) minutes later, I trashed the shipping box. As I said above - it is hard to believe.

I work at a medical clinic and i purchased this Bluetooth speaker for my desk at work. We open the doors at 0800 hrs. I arrive around 0630 and while I am cooking my breakfast with my DASH - I have the music pumping throughout the clinic. It helps amp me up and gets my day started on a good foot.' Great sound quality' Small enough to sit on the base of my computer monitor base' Connects with ease to my smartphone' USB charger included' Great Christmas present

Construction is 5-star, feels like $100 device, but the voice prompts are terribly annoying, not even proper English. Turn on, a woman voice says: "Bluetooth already opened" then: "Waiting for Bluetooth connecting" then "Bluetooth connected sucessifily" (spelling error intentional- that is what she says!) ... I recommend these voice prompts are removed and replaced with simple beeping sounds!

I must have went through 20 portable speakers that fit this size footprint. This was the best sounding one by far. The voice is a little annoying, but the sound and bass were 2nd to none. Nice and heavy as well which helps produce the base and keep it secured from rattling around. Most other speakers I tested were more known, or better looking, or big name brands, or better features, but none had the comparable weight and bass as this.

Piece of junk. Maybe used it three or four times and now it won't power on at all. Blue light stays on but I can't get any kind of connection to anything and it won't even turn on when I press any of the buttons. Sad thing is it's too late for me to return it and get my money back because it was a gift. Waste of money.

While it is possible I got a dud, the quality of this as a speakerphone is poor. As a regular speaker, not so bad. Bit on the heavy side, but it does have a battery in it. What you won't want to use this for is anything that uses the microphone. At this price point, I suppose this is to be expected. I'll use it as another Bluetooth speaker, but I was looking to use it as a tiny conference speakerphone for small meetings.

Great little speaker! Much better sound than I expected! Sharp looking too! It vibrates a bit much to just sit on my desk so I use the foam from the box to set it on and it works great!

I bought this speaker for the speakerphone capability with my iPhone, but the quality of the mic is so poor that my callers couldn't understand me. It works fine as a bluetooth speaker for music, but not for the requirement I have. Returning it.
