Good seasoning for stir fry

I bought this for a specific recipe - a pork/shiitake/watercress stir-fry. When I first tasted it, straight from the jar, I got nice heat, with a broad fermented bean flavor profile. I used it for that dish, and have since used it for many others when I want to complement a store-fry with a nice heat & umami mixture.

Love this sauce , but there was no bubble wrap used for packaging. One of the bottles broke and leaked in the package. Disappointed!

This product is not available for refund/replacement. It arrived wrapped in foam, however the jar top indicated the seal was broken or there was something growing in it. Not taking a chance, and threw it out. I'm ordering a second one in case and will adjust rating should it arrive in good condition.

So good! We got this for our ramen recipes but have been using it in stir fry's and it adds such a nice flavor! We love it
